Senior Moves and Transitions

What sets It’s a Breeze Moving apart is the 13.5 years Breeze invested as the move coordinator for her client, San Francisco Towers. In that role, she managed all new resident move-ins and deceased resident move-outs, in addition to internal moves to assisted living and skilled nursing.

Breeze and her team also managed the move-ins of 140 new homes for residents at the Viamonte of Walnut Creek, a Sequoia Living senior facility. Recreating the comfort of a former home in a smaller one is as important to Breeze as her work in larger homes.
