Senior Move Management and Transitions
What sets It’s a Breeze Moving apart is the 13.5 years Breeze invested as the Move Coordinator for her client San Francisco Towers. In that role she managed all new resident move-ins and deceased resident move-outs, in addition to internal moves to Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
Since December/2021, Breeze and her team have managed the move-ins of 132 new homes for residents at the Viamonte of Walnut Creek, a Sequoia Living senior facility. Recreating the comfort of a former home in a smaller one is as important to Breeze as her work in larger client-homes.
Regardless of a home’s size, the goal is always that clients are content and confident in their new space. She makes certain that the art on the walls and personal touches with memorabilia inspire and uplift her clients and make it their home.
