Breeze Carlile brings to her company over 24 years experience in professional management positions. In the course of her career she has held roles ranging from Executive Assistant to Executive Director within a variety of industries. The common thread has always been the reliance on her exceptional talent as an organizer of people and processes to achieve her goals.

Breeze’s significant management and organizational experience provide the framework for her business. It is, however, her understanding of the more personal components of her work that really distinguishes her within her field. Breeze recognizes the unique and personal challenges faced by people in a state of transition or change. She understands the importance of relationships and the commitment to service that they entail. Her goal in founding It’s a Breeze in 2000 was to provide, not only a superior and friendly experience to her clients, but to make available support, reassurance, partnership and even humor to alleviate their stress during a period of change.

8 years and 700,000 square feet of household relocation and organization later, Breeze is the premier provider of a very specialized service in which the client is always at the center of the process. She is recognized as the sole provider of moving and associated services by exclusive communities such as The San Francisco Towers. The genuine consideration towards her clients and attention to detail regarding their needs make Breeze an invaluable resource to exceptional households managing the complexities of change.

Breeze is a member of the California Moving & Storage Association, the National Association of Senior Move Managers, and the National Association of Professional Organizers. Breeze holds a B.F.A. degree in Journalism from Southern Methodist University

Welcome to my website. My title is Move Coordinator, my Mission is to offer collaborative partnership through life transitions. Moving is often touted as one of the top five stressors in life along with death, divorce, marriage and childbirth. I am often hired when one of those events occurs AND a move is involved. Double whammy. So hiring a Move Coordinator that knows how to manage a move efficiently and knows how to be the calming, steady influence and who also offers a great sense of humor and has fun doing so, is the way to reduce your stress.

I think what compounds these events are that none of us really knows how to navigate them without help or experience. And it is not just the event but also the tasks surrounding them that compounds the stress.

My soapbox sermon is this – Buy, use and enjoy what you will in your life. Be conscious every day of what your environment offers you in the way of peace, comfort, ease, service and beauty. If it does not do this, then you need my help to pare down, to prioritize, and to organize.

One of my messages has been to clean out and donate to those organizations that offer service to the less blessed – the homeless, sick, abused, struggling. Let go, literally, of the baggage of the past and let go, literally, of your fear of lack in the future. I believe that putting a face to the nameless faces of those in need may help some of you to clean up your lives, and clear out your homes, so that others can enjoy a better standard of life, more comfort. Make it personal. Find an organization whose mission is in alignment with your values and lifestyle. Tape up a copy of their brochure and look at the people there. And then get to work. And have fun doing it!
